The service
Glossa is a marketplace. We show businesses that use getglossa / Salonify and let you request a booking or a sunbed package. The salon or studio provides the treatment or sunbed session. We are not the salon and we do not employ their staff.
Your account
You must give accurate contact details. You are responsible for the password on your account. You can sign out from the profile menu in the header.
Bookings
- A treatment booking reserves a time with the business, subject to their confirmation and opening hours.
- Availability shown is based on the business calendar. Slots can change if the salon updates hours or existing appointments.
- Payment on Glossa is currently in person at the venue unless the business states otherwise.
- Prices on listings are the published “from” or service price. The amount due is confirmed at booking and may change if you add services at the venue.
Sunbed packages
Where a business has sunbeds enabled, you can buy minute credits (a package). The date and time you pick is a preferred visit — it is not a locked room session. The venue confirms the bed when you arrive or when they contact you. Credits sit on your account with that business.
Cancellations
Booking screens mention free cancellation up to 24 hours before. The business may apply their own policy for late changes or no-shows. Contact the venue first; Glossa can help if you cannot reach them — see Help.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site (fake bookings, scraping, attacking the service, or posting anything unlawful). We may suspend accounts that harm businesses or other customers.
Liability
Treatments and sunbed use are the business’s responsibility, including health, safety and how they honour packages. Glossa is provided as-is. We are not liable for salon service quality, injury, or a venue declining or changing an appointment, except where the law does not allow us to limit liability (for example death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud).
